[SMP] FTB Server backup and restoration

I start a small private server with my friends. I normally do a manual backup once a day in case something bad happen. I am wondering if there is any good mod out there that can do the job efficiently. A base of my friend has a chunk reseted recently and I find that the mod I used did not backup correctly and I end up rewinding back several days.

You can use the ForgeEssentials server mod, the idea is that it will replace Bukkit Essentials for modded Forge servers. It has an automated backup feature among with many, many other features.

I personally use ForgeBackup for my singleplayer (I like using bleeding edge mods) and it seems to work great, and be very configurable. However, I haven't personally tested it on a server, but I think it would still work nicely for that.
