Problem Slow server response time

I was casually playing FTB Revelation and out of nowhere the server response time got very slow. For ex. opening my inventory takes a few seconds and the mod that shows which block im looking at (I don't know the name sorry) shows: "Waiting for server" in red color.

Im playing FTB Revelation v3.4.0 in 1.12.2
 
Found the problem, i had a me interface with a crafting card that should automatically refill an item. I disconnected it from my me system and after that everything worked perfectly fine.
