Details of the issue:

I am hosting my server and running the game from the same machine with Java 8 91.
I have a Soulbound/Protection4/Thorns1 enchanted IC2 Jetpack. If I'm wearing it when I sleep in a sleeping bag, the item is deleted. I had hoped to see errors from Openblocks, IC2, vanilla, or even forge, but there were no errors from either time this occurred (5:10PM and 5:17PM).
My inventory was full or nearly full.
The sleeping bag sleep-cycle went as expected, except that the Jetpack did not appear in the hotbar slot I used the sleeping bag from.
It did not re-equip me with the Jetpack when I woke up.
The Jetpack was nowhere to be found on the ground or in nearby inventories.​

I'm forced to concede the problem is actually with the Jetpack, probably not the Sleeping Bag at all.
I cannot shift-click equip or unequip the jetpack.
If I'm holding the jetpack in my hand when I attempt to access an inventory, it deletes itself.

Would uploading my player.dat file cause any privacy concerns? It does include the playerID and character name is all that I can see.
