SkyHi - Skyblock Auto-Rewards and Chalanges

Hello boys and grills

Iv been working in a skyblock map and also my first, but i got stuck in what chalanges to add and rewards to give in order to make the player progress with them.

Nether, Forest, End, are available (once u get the ressources to do the portals).

To reach the skyblock we need first to escape the prision and complete an simple chalange.

Im mainly posting this to get some ideas and what not if theres enough interest to keep developing it further.

ok I just tested this out and are are some of my suggestions, the way you get out of the prison was bugged for me I think (so long as I got it right I think it's a redstone issue.) I found the chest, didn't do a lot of good however. There seems to be random holes all over the place where there probably shouldn't, intended?

There needs to be something that you can use to generate cobble, if i'm looking at the map correctly your meant to use what you get before you reach the monument but it isn't clear until you get that far, maybe adding a lava and water source to the chest under the tree?

As for what challenges to put in place, think of what you would do to get to "the end game" of the mods and what you need to get there. For example you use get 600,000 EU as a challenge and an MFE, so some good examples of rewards is what you would need in order to build those things, like copper, rubber, redstone and diamonds. You could also build up to those if you like with harder challenges.

No i didnt intent any random holes :S any spicific place i can look for ?
there are 2 buckets in the chest after u clear the second puzzle in the pit where the lava falls but a bit to hidden i guess for such an important item.

Also what was the problem with redstone in the prision ?

Looking at the map it looks like the two levers where you start with one to open the door, that one doesn't work. neither does standing on the pressure plates, or any combination of the two. The holes I mean are in the room with the Lava and Water fountains, it's really easy to fall down onto the wool pads and get stuck very quickly

Edit: also can't find any sane way to get the secret chest where you start

d to turn of the ligths (torch lever) put a bed in the middle pressure plate, and it opens the door, the lever in the hidden place is already on to add a bit of chalange, stand on the same block as the iron bars and u wont fall down xD

oh those holes was meant for another chalange that didnt workout, ill get rid of those or think of anything to use them.

im changing the loot of that chest to, since it doesnt help much atm, probably one water buck so you can make an infinite water source to start with.

The portal at the end of the prison didn't seem to work for me, i got through everything as I was supposed to, at least I think so

@Owenzoe: can u be more specific plz, as what chest, the one in the prision, temple or island ?

Im still strugling with the chalanges and rewards, im playing and taking notes on what path we could fallow, im expection an updated version soon.

The crystal chest by the island then go to the back where the supplies comes from

Just as a side note, your not suposed to be there xD its still in progress and somethings are just place holders for upcoming content or not meant to be seen xD
