skyfactory three world save deleted when my computer shut down

I had to shut down my computer and when I restarted it my feed the beast launcher had nothing on it and when I reinstalled sky factory 3 the world and save was gone what can I do (mac)

I just signed up an account to report the same thing, this is the second time it has happened with the ftb app. What's different from OP is I didn't even shut down my laptop.

I had this same issue without shutting down my MacBook...my worlds didn't show up and I couldn't locate them in the saves file

I think this is an indication that there's a bug in the Mac FTB app. I'll provide a bit more details:

MacOS version: 10.15.4
Modpack: Stoneblock 2
Using FTB app: yes
