So I got my skyfactory world back. And I have decided what my end goal is. To Fill The Tier 8 Draconic Energy Core. Anyone have any suggestions on how I would do that in a reasonable amount of time.

Mind if I suggest a change in your goal? As it stands, it will take 5,337.6 days to fill it at 1 Billion RF/t and I do not think you have the patience to do that.
That's only 14.6 years, btw, not counting power outages and such... You might want to consider starting a daily backup routine as an insurance policy
