Sort this out:
JVM Flags: 6 total; -XX:HeapDumpPath=MojangTricksIntelDriversForPerformance_javaw.exe_minecraft.exe.heapdump -Xmx6144m -Xms256m -XX:permSize=256m -Xmx4096M -Xms4096M

You've added java arguments manually somewhere - you have Xmx and Xms twice.

Then try again, and post new log if it still fails.
