Skyfactory 3 no floating Botania flowers?

Anyone know why the Floating Botania production flowers were disabled in Skyfactory 3?

Only the naturally occurring flowers can be made to float.

How are you trying to make them float? You combine a functional/generating flower with an already floating flower to make them.
