Details of the issue I logged into my save and I was in an RFTools dragon dimension with just a few mobs fans going to help trap the dragons, and out of nowhere the graphics started glitching where no gui (inventory, option menu, etc.) would show, health bar gone, and when I teleported back to the overworld, structures were half gone and following me somehow. The game just went berserk and broke.
