Problem skyfactory 3 fatally missing blocks and items error

im having this error trying to play skyfactory 3, and it says this whenever i try to join. THE ERROR = (fatally missing blocks and items)

Did you remove/update any mods to the pack? Typically a 'fatally missing blocks and items' error means there are some blocks/items that are no longer in the game that are crucial to the modpack running.

Backup your world, delete the modpack, and re-download the modpack again and see if you get the same error.

no

it was a newly generated world and i did re download it severl times and did not do anything to the modpack still not working it is an aternos server if that helps

I am also having this problem when I try to login to a new SF3 server. I'm using the latest version of Skyfactory on both the client and the server, and I haven't changed any mods/configs. The items that are missing are apparently the Extra Utilities builder's wand and creative builder's wand, but both the client and the server are using the same version of extra utilities so I'm not sure how this is possible.
