Problem SkyFactory 3.0.15: How to get a Bloodwood Sapling

The Natura mod adds bloodwood saplings to the modpack.
I can find them listed when I search JEI, but there are no recipes for getting the sapplings.

I've heard they are a rare drop when sieving soul-sand but haven't been able to get any.
Is this a known bug? Is there a config tweak I could make to get the sapplings?

I don't have an answer to the question itself, but if you can and are willing to change config to get one, why not just cheat one in? Seems the simpler route. It's your game, play how you want to.

Might also sieve from crushed NetherRack. I do remember from Agrarian Skies 2 having to sieve what felt like thousands of soul sand to get all the nether saplings.
