Skyfactory 2.5 crashes during launch

Details of the issue:
After several attempts to launch the Skyfactory modpack, it repeatedly crashes or hangs at the 2/7 mark (Loading - Initializing mods Phase 1). Last time it hung, there was an error message in the console, but it crashed when I attempted to copy it to Pastebin. I then tried to force an update as a solution suggested in another thread. This time it was hanging (and not responding) for twelve minutes when I copied it, and was successful. At this point it has been hanging for 20 minutes and counting, any help or other suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance.
