Title Sky Factory crashes before launcher

Details of the issue I have attempted to launch sky factory through the twitch launcher, however, every time i try this, the screen darkens for a second, before the game crashes and displays the message "This app is cannot launch in this pc, for a compatible version please contact developer." My computer runs windows 10 single languange in spanish, and I believe that may be the problem, can you comfirm?
