Extra Utils transfer pipes or ender io conduits.

You put the transfer node on the inventory you want to extract from. Then you connect transfer pipes to the desired location. Conduits connect to inventories automatically. You click the connection and you do extract on the desired inventory and insert on the desired inventory.

I personally suggest you use transfer nodes (items): https://ftbwiki.org/Transfer_Node_(Items). These nodes allow you to transfer items from one block with an inventory to another block with an inventory. They're fairly cheap to make and are very useful for early game.

Materials Required (To transfer items from one chest into another):
2x Chest
1x Transfer Node
3x Transfer Pipe
32x Cobblestone (Item being transferred)
23x Wood (Item being transferred)
3x Diamonds (Item being transferred)

X = Chest
- = Transfer Pipe
Z = Transfer Node

This is fairly easy to setup although it does take a while for items to be transferred. Later on you can make speed upgrades which are definitely useful.
