Summary of the problem Sky Factory 3 won't open

Pack Version 3.0.15

What is the bug? The modpack will take forever to load, then when it gets to stage 7/7, the second loading bar down will stop at 49/70 and then my entire system will freeze and i have to restart every time. i can't find an "ftb launcher" to use instead; the only launcher i can find is on twitch and i don't know how to find a log for the loading process or whatever it's for

got the ftb launcher and it finally loaded c: took about two or so hours though. waiting to see if it'll actually let me into the game.
uninstalled twitch because i guess that's just buggy for me. will update if i have any more problems
