I have no clue how to get the server to start up, because there are errors left and right, and this is the one I am stuck on...

Make sure you're using java 8 64-bit the latest version (don't use any older or version 9 or 10).

Then use paste.feed-the-beast.com to share the full log.
(logs/fml-server-latest.log)

And give the link here.
