Details of the issue When I launch up my Sky Factory 3 server, everything seems normal. However, when I join, the Refined Storage System is down even though it has power and I can't open anything or teleport anywhere. If I right click the Refined Storage System and wait about two minutes, it will pop open and close instantly. The console has about a 2-3 minute delay to any commands I type. In the log, after generally normal running it says 'Running 100207ms behind, skipping 2004 tick(s)' Also, in the game, after moving, it will pull me back to where I was a while ago.
