Sky Factory 3 says I need forge

Title Sky Factory 3 says I need forge

Details of the issue I have installed Sky Factory 3 through the twitch launcher. However when I try to launch it, it says I need to download forge. I have it on my desktop and works just fine. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the mudpack about 5 times. I have also uninstalled twitch once. Please if anyone has any answers it'd be a great help. I work 24 hour shifts and just want to kill time play sky factory.

in the settings.bat, add this line (you can add it over the “set MAX_RAM=2048”).
set MIN_RAM=512M

And if you want to allocate more ram to your server (recommend to start with 4gb - change “set MAX_RAM=2048” to “set MAX_RAM=4096”)

Save the file and try gain.
