Sky factory 3 on 32 bit system?

Details of the issue Hi, im trying to play sky factory 3 on my 8 gig ram, 32 bit java operating system and its just not working. My only need is to allocate 4 gig of ram to sf3 without updating to 64 bit, as school admins have blocked me doing so. So,
1. Need to know a way to allocate 4 gig of ram to 32 bit system
2. If this is possible, how

Ok, thats not the best, but i have other laptops as well.
I have a 64 bit, 4 gig ram computer and was wondering if i could play sky factory 3 on THAT instead.
I know that the computer is supposed to have at least 6 gig ram to run sf 3, but my brother has the same computer and is able to run it perfectly well.
I must also state that it says that only 2.79 gigs of the ram is actually usable for the computer.
