Title sky factory 3 not launching

Launcher Type FTB Launcher

Modpack sky factory 3

Modpack version 1.10.2

Have you modified the pack? No

Details of the issue Its not launching at all. other modpacks launch just fine including sky factory 2.5

In the launcher go to settings and click force update, then launch the modpack.
