So, for some reason, certain mobs aren't spawning in the Nether. Nitro Creepers, Goblins, and the 2 Nether Chickens aren't spawning. I've looked online for so long and couldn't find one answer. I made a large 9 chunk platform and afked near that, afked near the 9 different fortresses I found, and made my portal room a big room and afked near that. I even tried all 4 difficulty settings. Nothing has been working to get them to spawn. I'd watch the Journeymap for hours at each spot and each difficulty to see if one pops up, and nothing. I'm not sure what I'm suppose to do, this has been a week ongoing and It's really annoying. I had made days of progress only to discover this. :/
EDIT: As a matter of fact, I'm realizing no modded mobs spawn at all, meaning things like the Rooster.
