What is the bug? (3.0.12, actually, but that was not an option)
Dark Utilities Ender Tether crashes in '1.1.8.finalrc1', this has been fixed in the next update, so an update of that mod should fix it.

Is it repeatable? Place an ender tether, wait for enderman to spawn and try to teleport, insta-crash of server.
Known Fix Update Dark Utilities. It updated June 6th, last pack update as of writing was a couple of days ago (4th or 5th of June)
