Sky Factory 3 doesnt start

Everytime I press play in the Feed The Beast launcher, the game doesnt start. It starts to download the game everytime and the button just turns gray and after 10 seconds it gets white again. I need help. Thanks

It might be outdated try to look for the updated version of it.
