According ftbu dev that's bug in the mod.

According to the logs, you're only actually using 3.5 ( Memory: 1093761400 bytes (1043 MB) / 3163553792 bytes (3017 MB) up to 3817865216 bytes (3641 MB) )

Try allocating 6 gb of ram, also update java, and in the Curse settings, MC tab, tell the game to use the latest java

Backup your world, update ftblib and ftb-utilities mods. If it does not help post a new log.
