Solved Sky Factory 3 0% World Generation

Hello!
I was playing on my 2 day save, and now mc dont want to load it :(
I was recording on obs then (Not minecraft) and when i came back it started flickering and it crashed (exit code:0) and now it doesn't want to launch, i tried backup too.
No crash log.
Help. :(
Edit:Another Post i solved my self... i needed to create new world and load old
