Details of the issue I was playing the modpack when my baby brother hits the power button. I start my laptop back up and reload the modpack to see that my world save is missing. I didn't make any backups (lesson learned) but I am able to see the world save in the saves folder. What do I do to recover my world?

(Forgive me if I am missing any information, this is the first time I have ever reverted to this method of fixing a problem I've never felt th need to post anything in forums besides now so please be patient and work with me.)
