This is definitely a ChickenChunks block crash.

The coordinates that the block is at are given in the log.
Removing the block at those coordinates from your world, using MC Edit, may solve your problem.

I don't think it is a specific chunkloader that is the issue because the x and z co-ords would be the same. I would backup your world and delete the chickenchunks folder from your save. If that does not work then disable the mod then load the world then save and enable it again.

The block coordinates are x560,y83,z232. Why exactly would the x and z coordinates be the same if it were a chunkloader?

I agree with the rest of your post without a doubt.
