Sky Factory 2.5 Crashing my whole computer

Details of the issue I was playing sky factory with my wife (my computer was hosting) for about 30 minutes or so and the game froze, then the computer blue screened and shut down. I am using the Curse Launcher to manage the loading of everything.

wont let me edit the main post there, but this has happened multiple times and it corrupts my world save every time it happens.
