Details of the issue:

i updated to the latest version after playing for a couple hours and i came across this issue. i don t know what caused it but im hoping you guys can help. i can start up a new world just fine but i cant load my original world​

i had the same error that you had in you log too. after messing around i got to my point and now here i am

Try deleting the simple achievements folder. Take a backup first.

Actually its working now. i didn't change anything. i was just playing a different game all together and when i came back every thing was fine. i mean my personal inventory got deleted but i'm OK with a small loss
