Details of the issue (I modified the pack, added Optifine)
When I click launch it closes the ftb window opens a minecraft window for 0-1 seconds then immediately I am using Java 8 Update 101 64 bit

The error is related to your video card. Check for an update for it. Go to manufucturers website for any updates and don't use the update driver method.
