So I'm to the point where I could really use a division sigil. NEI and the loot bag config file shows that they're only in legendary bags. But I could've sworn I got one in a bag before I spent a week making and only opening legendary bags. (I believe I'd gotten one out of a rare bag?)

Am I getting horribly unlucky with legendary bags, or do division sigils come in other bags, as well? I"d heard they have a chance of dropping from any bag, but didn't know if this was true. (Reading the config file, it doesn't appear to be true, but I'm not entirely certain of the mechanics of the Loot Bag mod.

I saw a division sigil in a Rare bag today, however I was running 2.5.0. I saw nothing in the changelog to imply that it has changed, though.
