Details of the issue I have gotten a private server up and running successfully, I can log into it remotely, etc...

I am wondering though how to set up the configs so that it works just like it does in single player. As of now, when I log into my server players: do not start with the starting items; they have no access to a philosopher's stone; and they can't access the quest trees for the game.

Any advice on a config file or a settings file to even look into would be excellent. Thank you so much for your time!
