I have never hosted a server before until a few days. Me and my friends rented a private server and uploaded the Direwolf20 1.6.4, (I think the current version is 0.23).
We had a few minor problems now and then, but they have been resolved, but lately some other problems started coming up, and I've searched all over the web to find answers, but nothing did match our case, so I hope you guys could help me
1. "[ForgeModLoader] The world 45a5fcd8 (world) may have leaked: seen 275 times."
I got six of these every minute in the FML log. After some research and troubleshooting I loaded up the "chunkloader map" by typing "/chunkloaders" in game. I found a few chunks that didn't want to unload. These chunks had a portal from a portalgun in them, and did stay open even after I removed the portals.
I have no idea when this problem started, but it was after I've made mystcraft books to the nether and twilight and back for fast travel. At the same time a had 2 portals in each dimension.
After removing the portals and restarting the server, the chunks were unloaded and the "world may have leaked" warning decreased from 6 to 1, and I can't find the cause of the last one. What can I do to find out?
2. "[WARNING] Skipping TileEntity with id"
I get this error once every minute in the server console. All over the web people resolve this error by changing the ID on the confilcting TileEntity, but my warning message doesn't provide me an ID, and it never has. What can be the problem? Is there a problem at all? How do i fix it?
I've tried looking into it by downloading a fresh copy of the Direwolf20 1.6.4 server pack, and a program that would scan the config files for conflicts, it found 28, but it didn't look severe/looks like a mistake.
The only information I can provide about this problem, was that it started to occure when i was in twilight.
We were 3 player online (including me).
2 players walked in different directions, looking for loot and adventuring.
1 player (me), had just found the big boss tower that has a ghast boss on top if I'm not completely wrong. I had just entered the tower and met the first obstacle, the one that "auto-replaces" blocks and you have to navigate through a lot of fences. While at the end, I was stuck, and instead of breaking the "auto-replacers", i tried to brake some blocks with my lumber axe, and run through before the blocks were replaced. Of course, I didn't make it. I picked up the blooks, and returned home with my loot. (Around this time the "world may have leaked" started, not sure)
When returning back, the "[WARNING] Skipping TileEntity with id" warnings started spamming my console.
3. "Disconnect.GenericReason"
This isn't that big of a problem, but after playing for 2-3 hours straigt the client just shuts down, and we have to launche the game again. The server console says something about, "Disconnect.GenericReason". Everybody experiences this once in a while.
Thanks for any help!
