Sjin's Sign?

What mod is it that Sjin uses in his "Feed The World" video series that he is able to make and place that sign in front of his house?

He shows the sign starting at 00:20 and goes in to more detailed viewing right after that

I'd really like to make my own version on my map, but idk what mod uses it or how it's done.

well that's sorta disappointing lol

Someone should make a mod like this. I'm learning how, but my mod skills are next to zilch at the moment. Working on it though!

They just changed the painting in the texture pack... This requires no coding.
