Myself and a good friend who I co own a server with not so long back setup a Youtube channel
Weve started off with FTB survival island videos but have started moving into other areas such as tutorials and FTL and other game videos
Im hoping people can see the quality difference between our earlier videos and our latest ones as both our knowledge and skill levals have improved aswell as the microphones and equipment used.
Q: What do you use for recording?
Hardware related we use the Blue Yeti condensor microphone as it eliminates echo aswell as providing a clear voice for recordings
Software we use Xsplt pro for local recording as although not the best quality for recordings allows overlays such as dual webcameras and the border images.
If we use dual microphones we also use "virtual audio cable" to allow xsplit to record the seperate feeds from 2 microphones at the same time.
All Editing is done using Adobe premiere pro cd5 and images etc in photoshop.
