Hey, I was wondering if there was any way to save a world in FTB incase someone were to grief after you opened up a LAN server, so you could just reload the world and all your work. If so, how would you do it, and how would you reload that world? Im using Mac OSX and generally play on the Universal Electricity pack, thanks!

In the launcher, go to the Options tab. The install folder will be shown there, so just find that and your saves will be further down in it.
Where your saves are depends on what modpack you're playing. For instance, I use Mindcrack so my saves are in /MindCrack/minecraft/saves/ inside my ftb install folder.

And feel free to install any standard backup mods (for example, Forge Backups) as they should work fine even in single player.
