Windows .exe Single Player lag

I was trying to install optifine, got it to work so i started to play, and was noticing MAJOR lag. I mean when i broke blocks they would take a couple seconds till they would be picked up, when i clicked a item in my ME system it would take a second till i got it etc. So i removed optifine and am now still getting the lag whenever i play single player.

Im playing Unleashed
Windows 7 64 bit

Ive got a good computer so i know thats not the issue and it started after adding optifine.

Alright you can lock the thread i figured it out.

Apparently my twilight forest world got corrupted, so i deleted it and it worked fine, even installed optifine afterwards and was getting no lag!
