Can copper be found in twilight forest?

My pump will not pump. I have 2 redstone engine on the pump. Do I have to put more than 2 engine to power the pump? Do I have to power the pipe too?

First question: yes.

Second question: typically you'd add 4. But 2 should atleast give some output. Is the pump extending the pipe and is the pipe inside the fluid you're trying to pump? A picture showing your setup would be nice. You don't need to power the pipe itself.

Is there any liquid to pump ? Beside from that , I think pumps only output to the side

Pumps will output to any side. Setup looks fine, but for pumping lava I would use 4 redstone engines. I wouldn't expect 2 to be able to pull lava until they get up to full speed.

Copper spawns above Y level 50? 40? so it can be hard to find in TF. Look for Highlands biome or Large Hills to find copper.
