Silverwood Saplings: do they actually grow?

I got a Silverwood Sapling some time ago, and several days have passed in my world and the tree still hasn't grown. My area has decent aura, which was said to be needed for them to grow, but no luck.
Anyone managed to get one to grow?

It takes time, luck, and a lot of space. Silverwood trees can grow much bigger than vanilla trees.

They take lots of time. I have never had one NOT grow, maybe I am just lucky. But they do need space.
