Silver ore not generating in Tech World

Is this a bug?

I have been playing Tech World for a week and haven't find any silver ore.

The silver ore generation is disabled in gregtech, redpower and factorization config by default. Is it enable somewhere else?

To find out for sure, you should check the config files for each mod....

I Think that it uses the factorization mod to generate silver.

Yea they are generated by factorization, I think i'm just unlucky. I analyze my map with mcedit and found a few.
