Summary of the problem Silent's Gems Tips don't work

What is the bug? Even if you spawn in the upgrade base to make them, Silent's Gems tips don't change tool stats

Known Fix Manually edit NBT data

Got the same problem. If you are using the tips upgrades from silent gems to get a higher mining level and more durability on your tools it's not working.
