Summary of the problem Silent's Gems Machete crafting recipe bugged

Pack Version 1.0.0

What is the bug? Attempting to craft a Silent's Gems Machete using any combination of gems & tool rod at a crafting table (also Cyclic Workbench) shows "Gem Machete (#5692)" Example recipe in the crafting output box.

Clicking the crafting output box to craft and receive weapon grants the player a totally random Machete (totally random gem/part combination). instead of combination used in crafting recipe.

Is it repeatable? Yes - Repeatable

Every attempt and combination tested gives same result

Known Fix
 
According to dev this isn’t happening in Horizons Beta 1.1.0, but worst case 1.2.0 will include his latest version which is certain to fix it.
