Signs flicker depending on perspective ? Help ?!

I don't know why this is happening, it didn't used to. I think it happened after I reinstalled vanilla MC (btw, this is on a modified modpack on MC 1.6.4). It's very annoying, I've tried re-installing and updating Java, installing Windows updates... It happens on vanilla and on modded MC, on different versions. WHY ?! As I said, this JUST started to happen yesterday. I have an ATI video card

Make sure your GPU drivers are up to date. but I have no idea if that is what causes it

No. I THINK it happened because of my skin. I changed my skin and it APPEARS to have solved the issue. Yep, everything seems fine now, although I remain skeptical that the problem is TRULY fixed ('cause I'm paranoid like that)

EDIT: shit's still not fixed, don't know the cause, don't know the fix

What video hardware do you have? I've seen this a lot on Intel HDxxx graphics, never heard of a fix for it though.
