I think the idea was everyone makes an alt, they all get put into a pool, then everyone gets a random alt from the pool.

As I didn't remember seeing you on the queue when I last checked it, I tracked down the Organization thread. And yup, there it is...

I'd say that wouldn't be a wise thing to do. It can be interpreted as a way to tell people that their vote is right (in the case of voting a wolf).
