Mac Shutting down internal server

I started playing the FTB Unleashed modpack for few weeks now and just recently I randomly get disconnected from my single player map and it says "Shutting down internal server" I don't get any crash log what so ever!

Has anyone experienced this?
If so is there a fix?

Make sure "reopen launcher" and "show console" are turned on in Options on the launcher. Load up and play a map until that happens. Click "post my log to pastebin.com on the console. Copy the link and post it here.
