Shutting down internal server

I have been getting this problem with my Mindcrack for a long time. It would crash every 10-20 min ingame with no error logs

I have EE3, Optifine and Treecapicaitor. Any help?

Java 6/7?

I also dedicated less then 2 gigs.

Update JAVA here.

Please post crashlog and console log of crash with updated java AND default mod-pack please.

Update to java 7, if that doesn't work post the crashlog again. Also, make sure to uninstall java 6 after installing java 7.
