Windows .exe Shutting down internal server error!

Downloaded FTB Ultimate this morning, and everything appears to load fine. Once I create a world, the game loads, then hangs on a screen with Minecraft dirt before coming up with the error "Shutting down internal server..."

- I have got Java 7 update 17
- I am trying to use FTB ultimate, with no mods taken out and no launcher settings changed
- The folder with the executable file and the location where the files get placed is a folder on my desktop simply called FTB
- I am able to run vanilla Minecraft just fine, getting an average of 50fps.

Any ideas? Reading through the pastebin files myself, I have a gut feeling this has something to do with Java, but I am probably wrong...

The only thing I can suggest is allocating more memory and see if maybe that's the issue. Inside the FTB launcer under the Options tab just increase the slider labeled 'RAM Maximum'. Hope it helps and good luck ^^
