Don't know what it is? Ok.
Basically, the person who is your sanity cable is responsible for keeping you calm.
We theorize that it is someone whom you trust most, and would keep you safest. And one person can only have one sanity cable.
If your sanity cable gets into a bad situation, your negative feelings increase. A lot.
