[SF3] What is the best way to produce 1 billion rf/t ?

I would think it would be Extreme reactors, but the best design i've come up with is a little over 2 million rf/t only. Placing solar panels would take forever too. Anyone got an idea ?

I used nether star generators in my world. But you can do it with Rainbow Generators too.

Rainbow Generators and the Actually Additions Energy Phantomface combine to interact quite interestingly.

Also, with very accurate redstone timers, you can reduce fuel consumption to 10% and still get full power out fo your rainbow generator.
