Title SF3 Minecraft Crashes at Launch

Modpack Sky Factory 3

Modpack version 12.18.3.2477

Details of the issue Sky Factory 3 for Minecraft immediately crashes after launch and I get an error saying "could not create java virtual machine. A fatal exception has occurred. Program will exit." and then I get the log details that I provided in my link above. I have sufficient ram to run this modpack, so I don't know what my issue is. Please help.
